As someone with lived experience of addiction, mental health challenges and recovery, Kate will share her personal journey with honesty and vulnerability, reflecting on resilience, self-worth, hope and the power of asking for help. Her story is one of overcoming adversity and discovering purpose through healing.

This event aims to and invites meaningful conversations about mental health, reducing stigma and supporting one another.

The evening will also feature an audience Q&A, offering the opportunity to ask questions, and will cap off with a short live acoustic performance from Kate.
