Want to make your own free badges? We're launching our new drop-in workshop series with a badge-making party!
In this kickoff workshop, we'll show you how to use our ever-popular badge-making machine. Come to the Music and Multimedia Makerspace on the 5th floor of Grófin City Library with your own artwork, comic book, printed photo, meme, or even a magazine. Together, we'll cut it into an Oreo-sized circle and transform it into a one-of-a-kind badge you can pin to your bag and get everyone talking!
The badge-making party is ideal for people age 13 and older, but for this kickoff event, everyone is welcome to make two free badges. All tools and materials are provided, so you can jump right in, whether you bring your own image or want to draw one from scratch.
After the workshop, the Makerspace staff will be available to answer questions and assist with anything until 5:30 PM.

On alternate Mondays the Makerspace offers "Open Walk-In Hours" where anyone can come work on their projects, ask questions, or get assistance from Makerspace staff.
