Samflot in Árbæjarlaug #Beactive

On the occasion of Beactive week, Samflot (floating) will be held in Árbæjarlaug, Friday, September 25th at 7:00 PM.
Floatation equipment on site and everyone is welcome!
In recent years, the Icelandic Sports and Olympic Federation (ÍSÍ) has received funding through the Erasmus+ funding scheme of the European Commission for the European Week of Sport.
The European Week of Sport is held every year from September 23rd to 30th in over 40 European countries. The aim of the project is to promote sports and general physical activity and to combat increased physical inactivity among the public. The Week of Sport is intended for everyone, regardless of age, background or physical condition. Special emphasis is placed on mobilizing the grassroots and encouraging people to move more in their daily lives. Europeans unite under the slogan #BeActive.
