GET ON OUR WAVE: MEZZANINE LIVE AT SOUL MAMA ISLINGTON

Following the release of their latest music, London-based duo Mezzanine are bringing their sound to Soul Mama Islington for Get on Our Wave: a live celebration of funk, soul and infectious grooves built for the dancefloor.

Expect deep grooves, dirty synths, soulful vocals and rhythms that refuse to sit still, as Mezzanine take to the stage for a live set showcasing their new release and the sound they've been building around it.

Formed by producer/multi-instrumentalist Max and vocalist Mez, Mezzanine take inspiration from the sounds of Prince, Stevie Wonder, The Fatback Band, The Gap Band and The Bar-Kays, twisting that classic DNA into something darker, fresher and distinctly their own.

The night kicks off with DJs setting the tone before Mezzanine take over live, with the party continuing long after the final note.
