Many an artist who already regularly sells out venues Down Under eventually makes their way to Europe via festivals like ours, albeit with a delay of one or two years. That’s how it’s been in the past, and it’s now the case with BIG WETT, too. This lively bundle of energy with her lascivious verve celebrates explicit electroclash and feminine power in its purest form – a mixture that has made her the voice of Australia’s queer scene. At the same time, this reflects the modus operandi between physical club music and social engagement, through which BIG WETT realises her X-rated blend of Peaches, Kim Petras, and Uffie. Self-assured, cheeky, and the perfect antithesis to any muddled sausage party. But despite all her sources of inspiration and references, this woman is forging her own unique path in fusing electro and Eurodance, pop rap and acid, diva house and Miami bass. EPs such as “PU$$Y” (2023) and “Risk It” (2025) prove that she has all the tools at her disposal to do so. So, it’s high time we welcomed her here in Hamburg.
